Fixed rate reductions
From tomorrow, Friday 8 December, we’re reducing selected fixed rates by up to 0.31%.
This includes rates across our New Business, Switcher, Additional Borrowing and Existing Customers Moving Home product ranges.
Remember, you can secure one of these lower rates on cases that you’ve already submitted. For new business cases, you just need to use the ‘Amend case’ option in NFI Online. For switcher cases, please see the instructions on our website.

Our minimum visa validity period is reducing
From today, Monday 11 December, we’re reducing the minimum visa validity period required for mortgage applications.
Where an applicant doesn’t have indefinite leave to remain, they now only need a minimum of 12 months remaining on their visa at the time of uploading the proof.
