Important Information – Product End Date Extensions
Newcastle Intermediaries will be extending all end dates on our current 80-85% residential products, Deposit Unlock, LISA and NE Exclusive products with effect from Friday 9th December. Please be advised that all other criteria will remain the same.
The existing products will be withdrawn from COB Thursday 8th December, these products are listed below;

Withdrawal of Mortgage Products
Please be advised that we are withdrawing the following products COB today.
- 5.74% Fixed Rate 2 Year Re-mortgage Only – EFII521
- 6.19% Fixed Rate 2 Year (Fee Assisted) – EFII524
- 5.99% Fixed Rate 5 Year (Fee Assisted) – EFII530
The tranche for these products has been fully utilised.
No further ESIS documents will be permitted from close of play today and no further applications from Monday 12th December.
