Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are refreshing some of the products in our New Customer Standard Residential range. These products will go live on Wednesday 9th October.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Fee assisted features on selected products to support those customers who require assistance with costs;
- 10% annual overpayments in addition to £499.99 regular monthly overpayment facility providing flexibility for those customers who are looking to overpay.
The following products will be withdrawn COB Tuesday 8th October and no further applications will be permitted as of COB Friday 10th October:

- FIIX128
- FIIX129
Mortgage Product Withdrawal
Please be advised that we will be withdrawing the following product from availability COB today with full applications permitted until COB Thursday 10th October:
