Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are refreshing the rates across our Shared Ownership, Interest Only, Self Employed, BTL and Large Loan products. These products will go live on Wednesday 10th January.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Rate reductions across our Shared Ownership range by up to 0.80%
- Rate reductions across our Interest Only range by up to 1.00%
- Rate reductions across our Self Employed range by up to 0.75%
- Rate reductions across our BTL range by up to 0.56%
- Rate reductions across our Large Loan range by up to 0.65%.
The following products will be withdrawn COB Tuesday 9th January and no further applications will be permitted as of COB Thursday 11th January:
