We’re continuing to make changes to our criteria following feedback from our Broker Tracker Surveys.
We can now accept up to 100% of an applicant’s second job income
A number of our residential applications include second PAYE job income, so this should help to improve affordability for some of your clients.
We’ll review each case to ensure this income is sustainable.
