We’re making some changes to our product transfer mortgage range
As of Wednesday 5th May 2021 at 9:00am, we’re making some changes to our residential and buy to let product transfer mortgage range. Please see details below:
Residential mortgage product transfer changes:
We’re decreasing the following Residential products:
- 2 and 5 year fixed rates across our 65% LTV product range will be decreasing by 0.05%
- fixed rates across our 75% LTV product range will be decreasing by up to 0.10%
- discount rates across our 65% and 75% LTV product ranges will be decreasing by 0.10%
- discount rates across our 85%, 90% and 95% LTV product ranges will be decreasing by 0.05%
Buy to Let mortgage product transfer changes:
We’re decreasing the following Buy to Let products:
- discount rates across all our LTV product ranges will be decreasing by 0.05%
The range will hold July end dates.
All previous product codes will be removed from sale on Tuesday 4th May at 8:00pm
