We’re making some changes to our range
On Tuesday 20th July 2021 at 9:00am we’re making some changes to our mortgage range. Please see details below:
Residential mortgage products:
We’re decreasing the following residential products:
- 2 & 5 year 65% LTV fixed rate products (Remortgage only) by up to 0.13%
- 2 & 5 year 75% LTV fixed rate products (Remortgage only) by up to 0.20%
- 2, 3 & 5 year 75% LTV fixed rate products (no product fee) by up to 0.16%
- 2, 3 & 5 year 80% LTV fixed rate products (no product fee) by up to 0.25%
- 2, 3 & 5 year 85% LTV fixed rate products (no product fee) by up to 0.53%
All 85% LTV fixed rate products will be available for all application types: remortgage, First Time Buyers and subsequent buyer.
Holiday Let mortgage products:
We’re decreasing the following product:
- 5 year 60% LTV fixed rate product (no product fee) by up to 0.06%
Residential Wales only mortgage products:
We’re decreasing the following products:
- 2 & 5 year 75% LTV fixed rate Wales only First Time Buyer Thank You* products by up to 0.16%
- 2 & 5 year 80% LTV fixed rate Wales only First Time Buyer Thank You* products by up to 0.25%
- 2 & 5 year 85% LTV fixed rate Wales only First Time Buyer Thank You* products by up to 0.53%
*Thank You – Our Thank You range is exclusively available to those permanently and directly employed by the NHS. The mortgage property must be located within the following Wales and border postcodes LL, SY, LD, SA, CF, NP, HR, CH1 to CH8. If you are submitting an application for a property in one of these postcodes please contact your BDM or our Intermediary Desk Team.
The range will hold October end dates.
We’ve made some changes to our product transfer mortgage range
As of today, Friday 16th July 2021 at 9:00am, we’ve made some changes to our residential and buy to let product transfer mortgage range. Please see details below:
Residential mortgage product transfer changes:
We’ve decreased the following Residential products:
- 2 and 5 year fixed rates across our 65%, 75% and 85% LTV product ranges have been decreased by 0.05%
- 3 year fixed rates across our 65% and 75% LTV product ranges have been decreased by 0.05%
The range now holds October end dates.
All previous product codes were removed from sale on Thursday 15th July at 8:00pm.
