As of today, Friday 26th June 2020 at 9:00am, we’ve made some changes to our mortgage range. Please see details below:
Buy to Let mortgage products
The following Buy to Let product rate has increased:
- product code (14378), 75% LTV 5 year fixed rate has increased from 2.37% to 2.44%. (New product code 14557)
The following Holiday Let product rates have increased:
- our 60% LTV fixed rate range has increased by 0.05%
- our 75% LTV fixed rate range has increased by 0.10%
The range holds November end dates.
All previous product codes were removed from sale on Thursday 25th June at 8:00pm.
