Progressive Building Society Rate Change
We have made quite a number of fantastic changes:
- All fixed and variable products for house purchase amended
- All fixed and variable products for re-mortgage amended
- Fixed rates for house purchase and re-mortgage 75% re-introduced
- Self-build products amended
- Northern Ireland Co-Ownership scheme products amended
- All Foreign Currency products amended
- All Product Switch products amended
- All variable products now have a floored rate of 1.00%
