Mortgage Changes
On Wednesday (2 October 2024) we will be making changes to our mortgage range being launched at lower rates. One Product is being priced higher.
There are new LTV Bands of 85% being introduced for the Self Employed and Contractor range. The Green Product is being withdrawn without a replacement.
We are also withdrawing the equivalent products (where applicable).

Cases must be at FMA submitted, with fees paid, by 5pm on Tuesday (1 October) to secure withdrawn product.
