Santander rates update
Last week the Bank of England base rate increased from 1.25% to 1.75%. The pay rates on all our base rate tracker products, including Follow-on Rate, are increasing to reflect this with effect from Tuesday 9 August. No action is required for pipeline cases as this applies to new offers only. There are no other changes to our mortgage range.
Existing Santander and Alliance & Leicester base rate tracker customers’ rates won’t change until September.
