Improvements to our new business range
On Tuesday 17 November, we’re making improvements to our residential, Help to Buy and Buy to Let mortgage ranges.
- Selected residential, Help to Buy and Buy to Let rates at 60% and 75% LTV reducing by up to 0.31%.
- New residential 60% LTV fixed rates with £1,499 fee for loans up to £1.5m.
- Charge and benefit end dates and the completion deadlines on our range will move on; and fixed rate product codes will be replaced.
