Reduced Buy-to-Let arrangement fee
We are continuing to make improvements to our Buy-to-Let offering by reducing the arrangement fee to 1.50% on our ‘Specialist’ product, for mortgages over £1m*.
This means we now have a standard arrangement fee across our entire Buy-to-Let range, simplifying our offering, while providing a more cost-effective solution to our customers.
This is one in a long line of enhancements made recently, with more to come very soon.
