We’re delighted to announce some enhancements to our Commercial proposition that went live this morning.

What are the changes?
  • We’ve reduced the minimum loan size on semi-commercial and commercial products to £250,000
  • We’ve reduced rates across some LTV bandings by up to 10bps
  • We’ve increased the maximum LTV to 75% for Semi-commercial products and 65% for Commercial products
  • We’ve re-introduced retail assets as acceptable security
  • We’ve relaxed our experience criteria to accept applications from Buy-to-Let landlords who have owned and managed at least two investment properties for at least two years
  • Maximum loan terms have changed to 12 years on interest only and up to 25 years for capital repayment loans
  • Fixed rates available for 2, 3, 5 or 10 year periods catering to a wide range of customer needs
  • Lending criteria has been updated and we now require office buildings valued in excess of £2m to have a minimum EPC rating of ‘C’
