We are making changes to some of our mortgage product ranges.
Product Changes
From 9am Monday 15 May, we will be making some changes to our Residential and Buy to Let product ranges.
Key Changes
- Rate increases on Residential and Buy to Let fixed rate Green Additional Borrowing products.
- Selected rate increases on Scottish First Homes Fund Scheme products for existing customers.
- Withdrawal of our Residential 5 year fixed rates for existing customers.
- End dates extended to August 2025 and August 2028 for Residential and Buy to Let existing customer product ranges.
- End dates extended to November 2025 and November 2028 for New Build and selected Government Scheme products.
Please note that all current equivalents will be withdrawn on Sunday 14th May at 10:00pm.
