We’re now offering Additional Borrowing up to 95% LTV for Residential customers.
From today, Monday 18 July, we’re able to offer Additional Borrowing up to 95% LTV (subject to lending criteria).
Our standard Residential products are now available up to 95% LTV for both purchase and Additional Borrowing. Remortgage applications still remain at a maximum of 90% LTV.

Key Changes
- Rate increases of up to 0.53% across Residential range.
- Withdrawal of selected Residential Products.
- Introduction of new Residential base rate trackers.
- We’re launching new 2-year and 10-year ranges exclusively for existing customers.
Please note that in line with our commitment of providing two working days’ notice, current equivalents will be withdrawn at 10.00pm Wednesday 20th July 2022. The updated product guide detailing our new product range will be available from 9am Thursday 21st July.
