Rate Updates
It’s never a good time to let you know about an increase in interest rates. However, we believe it’s important to give you and your clients enough time to know when interest rates change, so that you both have enough time to consider the options available, which is why we are honouring our commitment to provide you with at least 24 hour’s notice of rate changes.
So what rates are changing?
- Our T0 and T1 rates remain unchanged
- Our T2 and T3 rates are increasing
When will the changes happen?
Our new rates are effective from 9am on Monday 5th June 2023.
Can I still access the current T2 and T3 rates?
Yes, you can still reserve our current rates until they are withdrawn by submitting and obtaining an accepted DIP through our portal. This will reserve the rate for a period of 7 days, giving you time to fully package and send in the application to us, with all the supporting documents.
