Times might be tough right now, but we’ve got some news that’ll put a big cheesy grin on your face. We’ve reduced our completion fees on larger loans. So start spreading the news – and say cheese for lower fees.
- Available on loans from £500k to £1.5m with a lower completion fee from 0.5%
- Completion fee can be added to the loan
- Affordability from 125% ICR at 3.48%
