We’re launching new fixed rate products and increasing selected rates
We wanted to let you know that we’re launching the following Virgin Money products on Friday 26 May.
Exclusive BTL
- NEW BTL 50% & 60% LTV fixed rates with £2,195 fee from 4.27%.
Core
- NEW Shared Ownership 65% & 75% LTV fixed rates from 4.11%.
- NEW Residential 80% LTV fixed rates from 4.37%.
- NEW BTL 80% LTV Fixed Rate at 5.20%.
We’ll also be making these changes at 8pm today:
Exclusives
- BTL Tracker Rates with £3,995 fee will be withdrawn.
- Selected Residential and BTL fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.12%.
Core and Product Transfer
- Selected Residential fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.06%.
- Selected Product Transfer fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%.
