We wanted to let you know that we’ve launched new Exclusives and reduced the rates on the following mortgages.
Intermediary Exclusive remortgage deals
- NEW 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,495 fee, available at 1.29%.
- NEW 80% LTV fixed rates with £1,495 fee, available from 1.64%.
Intermediary Exclusive purchase deals with £1,000 cashback
- NEW 85% LTV fixed rates with £1,495 fee, available from 1.93%.
- 80% LTV fixed rates with £995 fee have been reduced by 0.16%.
- 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £1,495 fee has been reduced by 0.10%.

- Selected 65% and 75% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.20%.
