Platinum Product Withdrawal – Advance Notice

We are writing to update you on some changes to our residential mortgage range. 

Our range of Platinum Products will be withdrawn from sale with effect from close of business on 31st August 2023.

Pipeline Cases

We will honour pipeline cases where a valid ESIS has been issued prior to the product withdrawal date and the mortgage offer is issued by Friday 6th October 2023. 

As a reminder, we offer a comprehensive range of options for borrowers underserved by the high street through our Prime Plus, Prime and Near Prime Products.

Highlights include
  • Fixed rates starting from 7.29%.
  • Fast Track Remortgage Service provided by our in-house legal team, offering on average completions within 11 days of the mortgage offer being issued.
  • Satisfied CCJ’s/ Defaults and unsatisfied CCJ’s/ Defaults under £500 not taken into account for plan assessment purposes.
  • Standard LTI’s up to 5.0 times income.
  • LTI’s above 5.0 times income available via our Prime Plus Flex and Prime Flex Range. 
  • Products available for borrowers with current or historic IVA’s.

Important Product Changes

We are making changes to our 1st Charge Buy-to-Let Limited Edition products. The revised range will be available for selection on our broker portal from Thursday 31st August 2023.

Product Changes

Limited Edition Tracker Rates – Increases of up to 45 bps, rates now starting from:

  • 7.30% on Standard range 
  • 7.32% on Specialist range

Limited Edition 2 year fixed – Increases of up to 34 bps, rates now starting from:

  • 5.72% on Standard range
  • 5.72% on Specialist range

Limited Edition 5 year fixed – Increases of up to 32 bps, rates now starting from:

  • 5.84% on Standard range
  • 5.89% on Specialist range

We have also withdrawn our Limited Edition 5 year fixed with 3 year ERC product with immediate effect. 

Core range remains unchanged. 

All existing Limited Edition products will be withdrawn with effect from close of business today, Wednesday 30th August 2023.
