Great news – we’re holding our rates and introducing new build exclusives!
On Tuesday 23 March, we’ll be holding our new business rates as well as launching two standard new build exclusives with extended completion deadlines until 31 December 2021.
New! Standard new build exclusives (excluding Help to Buy):
- 85% LTV 2.5 year fixed rate at 2.68% with £999 fee. Purchase only.
- 85% LTV 2.5 year fixed rate at 2.98% with £0 fee. Purchase only.
Withdrawn
- 60% LTV 5.5 year fixed rate at 1.69% with £999 fee. Help to Buy purchase.
