Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

EU Nationals

Due to the deadline passing for EU nationals to apply to the UK government for settlement within the UK, Optimum are making the following changes to our packaging requirements:

With all deals scored from July 15th, any application submitted to Optimum where one or more applicants is a EU national, we will require evidence of their settled or pre-settled status.

This evidence mainly comes in the form of a letter from the government, but they can evidence this through other online means which can be found here https://www.gov.uk/view-prove-immigration-status
