We can not be happier with the service we have received from Brilliant Solutions since joining them. They are taking an active interest in our business and are regularly in contact which means a lot. They have a wide range of services which we and our ARs have been taking advantage of. From a Mortgage Club point of view we have yet to be involved with a club that pays faster and more importantly provides easy to follow statements which greatly helps our back-office accounts team when reconciling payments and allocating to Advisers and ARs. Our business is a complicated setup but Brilliant Solutions took the time to understand it and then accommodate it into their framework. Brilliant Solutions have also introduced to lenders who we were not working with which can only be beneficial for our clients who are the most important people to us.
