Important news from TSB: Changes to product range
From, 21 January 2022, TSB is making selected changes to their product range.
The lender is introducing new products
- 2 Year Tracker products for First Time Buyer, House Purchase and Remortgage, 0-90% LTV
- 5 Year Fixed products for House Purchase and First Time Buyers purchasing a New Build
property, and borrowing 80-85% LTV - 5 Year Fixed products for Remortgage, 80-85% LTV
- Max mortgage amount for purchases where LTV is between 80-85% has been increased from £500K to £750K
They have also reduced rates on
- 5 Year Fixed Remortgage, 0-85% LTV, by up to 0.25%
- 10 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase, 0-85% LTV, by up to 0.20%
- 10 Year Fixed Remortgage, 0-85% LTV, by up to 0.25%
And increased rates on
- 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase, 85-90% LTV, by up to 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase, 75-85% LTV, by up to 0.10%
