Broker Bulletin January 2022
Due to our integration with Pepper and our change of legal name, any further advance offered (or re-offered) from Monday 24th January will need to have a new consent to the second charge in favour of UK Mortgage Lending Limited, if such a restriction appears on the Land Registry search.
What you need to do
- Check your pipeline of cases
- If you are processing a further advance and the case will not offer by 5pm on Friday 21st January, request a consent in favour of UK Mortgage Lending Limited
If a further advance has been offered prior to this date it will be ok to proceed under our current rules due to it being offered as an Optimum Credit mortgage.
