New Mortgage Package wef 16.02.22
Our revised mortgage package will take effect from 16th February 2022.
The main changes are as follows:
- Selected fixed rates for house purchase amended
- Selected fixed rates for remortgage amended
- Selected foreign currency products amended
- Variable rate for product switches at 60% LTV improved
- Selected fixed rates for product switches amended
- Notification of Standard Variable Rate increasing to 4.75% (from 4.50%) from 1st March 2022.
