Reduced rates across Unregulated Bridging
We’re delighted to announce some more rate reductions across our proposition.
Unregulated Bridging rates have reduced by 0.10% for loans over £1m, so rates now start from 0.40% per month.
These competitive rates in combination with our transparent lending criteria, simple application process and focused specialist bridging team are key to our award-winning offering.
