Online Rate Switching
Metro Bank existing customers can benefit by switching up to three months early without incurring an early repayment charge.
If your customer requires an online rate switch, you can do this by logging into the online rate switching portal.
You will be able to switch their rate there and then and the portal will take you through the whole process in just 10 minutes.

- Up to 0.3% procuration fee paid

Top tip – If your customer finds a mortgage rate they’d like to switch to, you will need to complete the rate switch application 10 working days before the next payment date in order to secure the rate for the following month.
