Progressive product withdrawal
You will note the main changes are as follows effective from 6th September 2022;
- 2 year fixed rate (fee free) for House Purchase at 60% withdrawn
- Reinspection fee increased to £100
- Further Advance fee increased to £250
You will note the main changes are as follows:
- 2 year fixed rates for House Purchase at 60%, 75% and 80% are withdrawn
- Family Assist products are withdrawn
