New Mortgage Package
You will note the changes are as follows:
- All fixed and variable products for house purchase amended
- Fixed rates for house purchase at 60%, 75% and 80% re-introduced
- All fixed and variable products for remortgage amended
- Fixed rate for remortgage at 60% (without fee) re-introduced
- Self-build products amended
- Northern Ireland Co-Ownership scheme products amended
- All fixed and variable Foreign Currency products amended
