We are neutral on your choice of distribution channel as we charge no fees to package. Our team supports you whether we package the case or whether you submit directly via our mortgage club. We are confident it is the best direct specialist mortgage proposition.

If a direct path is available, we will make it available to you the moment this is possible. Whilst our packaged solutions offer the most value in these areas, this may not be the case for all brokers and all businesses, nor for all cases. We will always want to give you that choice of distribution channel.

We are at the forefront of this area so whilst the panels can be limited and broker choice limited, we are committed to giving you that choice and to pushing lenders in these areas. It goes hand in hand with our packaged support that gives us true expertise in these sectors. Watch this space as this sector develops.
