We’ve lowered our 2 and 3-year fixed rates!
Here’s what’s changed:
✔️ 2-year 80% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.10%. Rates now from 4.94%
✔️ 2-year 85% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.05%. Rates now from 4.99%
✔️ 3-year 75% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.07%. Rates now from 4.77%
We’ve also simplified our product offering by withdrawing 7-year products. Products now available on 2-, 3-, 5- and 10-year fixed terms.
