Fleet Mortgages | Temporary withdrawal of Tracker products
Following the increase in the Bank of England BBR to 4.25% last week, we have temporarily removed our standard Tracker products as well as our Green Tracker products while we build new products.
We have removed each of the following Tracker products:
- BTL00436G
- BTL00437
- LTD0392G
- LTD00393
- HMO0260G
- HMO00261
Replacement standard Tracker products and Green Tracker products will be available later in the week.
Fleet Mortgages | Replacement Tracker products
we can confirm that our new replacement Tracker products will go live at 09:00am on Friday 31st March 2023.
Please find below a summary of the key changes:
- BBR increased from 4.00% to 4.25%
- Standard and Green Tracker products reintroduced
- ERC end dates for Tracker products moved to 31/10/2023
