Accord Mortgages have released an update on their product range, the details are set out below. Accord products are available through our direct to lender mortgage club so contact us for more information on how our club can support your business.
Accord are increasing their BTL Product Transfer rates
We are increasing their BTL Product Transfer rates. The current range will be withdrawn at 8pm Monday 15 May and the new range will be available at 8am Tuesday 16 May.
What’s changing?
- 60% LTV product rates are increasing by up to 0.18%
- 65% LTV product rates are increasing by up to 0.18%
- 75% LTV product rates are increasing by up to 0.20%
- 80% LTV product rates are increasing by 0.10%
When is this change?
The current range will be withdrawn at 8pm Monday 15 May and the new range will be available at 8am Tuesday 16 May.
Accord raises Buy to Let New Business Rates
What’s changing
Accord are increasing rates on all fixed rate Buy to Let products up to a maximum of 75% LTV.
Changes to 60%, 65% and 75% LTV products are as follows:
- 2 & 3 Year Fixed Rates – increasing by 0.15%
- 5 Year Fixed Rates – increasing by 0.10%
- 80% LTV Fixed Rates and all BBR Trackers are unchanged.
