Barclays Mortgage Product Changes
Residential and Buy to Let fixed rate end date extension
Please be advised we are extending the end dates to 30th September on all fixed rate products within our Residential and Buy to Let Purchase and Remortgage ranges.
These updates will be made overnight and new products will be available to you for selection from tomorrow, Thursday 18th May.

Reminder – 50% discount on Hive Thermostat Mini
All your residential Barclays mortgage clients will be able to get a 50% discount on a Hive Thermostat Mini, and other add-ons such as installation, the Hive Hub, and Hive Heating Plus subscription. This offer is now available so you may receive questions or queries from your clients.
Extended – Greener Home Reward
Barclays Greener Home Reward is a limited-time offer cash reward (of up to £2000) for eligible Barclays residential mortgage customers who install improvements that increase the energy efficiency of their home, such as air source heat-pumps, triple/double glazing, solar panels, or insulation.
Originally set to close in May, we are pleased to confirm eligible Barclays mortgage customers now have until 31 January 2024 to register and until 31 July 2024 to claim.
