Mortgages, BTL and Second Charge Loan Product Update
Due to recent increases in the cost of funds, which is affecting all Bank and non-Bank lenders, we are updating our product range. New interest rates will take effect from Friday 2 June.
We will honour historic interest rates for all applications created on the Portal prior to tomorrow, regardless of current application stage, provided a Mortgage Offer is issued on or before 3 July. Applications which have not been offered by this date, will need to be re-sold onto the prevailing rates.
Residential Mortgages, Product Update
All Purchase, Remortgage, Interest Only and Unencumbered products have been updated:
- 2yr fixed rates from 6.79%
- 3yr fixed rates from 6.82%
- 5yr fixed rates from 6.85%
- 5yr fixed rates with no ERC from 8.04%
Unencumbered only changes: Product fee of £995, commission 0.8% packagers,0.45% gross for direct brokers.
BTL, Product Update
All BTL products have been updated, with options for 2% and 4% Product Fees:
- Standard products, 2yr fixed rates from 5.49% and 5yr fixed rates from 6.09%
- Specialist products, 2yr fixed rates from 5.49% and 5yr fixed rates from 6.39%
- Non-Standard products, 2yr fixed rates from 6.79% and 5yr fixed rates from 7.39%
Second Charge Loans, Product Update
All Second Charge products have been updated:
- BoE Tracker rates from +3.89%
- 2yr fixed rates from 7.99%
- 3yr fixed rates from 8.09%
- 5yr fixed rates from 7.90%
- 5yr fixed rates with no ERC from 8.20%
