Submission Checklist Integration with Nivo
As part of our commitment to improve the speed of processing, we have been working with Nivo to integrate our submission checklist into the case to generate the list of tasks for you.
We believe that this will not only assist you in getting fuller cases over to Pepper, but we believe it will further improve the speed to completion of your cases.
We have created a guide and a video on how to use this new checklist and it will be live on Thursday 13th July.
