Mortgage Product Launch
We are pleased to announce we are refreshing the rates across our Government First Homes Scheme, JMSP and Buy to Let products. These products will go live on Tuesday 21st November.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Rate reductions of up to 0.50% across our Government First Home Scheme product range;
- Rate reductions of up to 0.35% across our Self Employed product range;
- Rate reductions of up to 0.50% across our Joint Mortgage Sole Proprietor product range;
- Rate reductions of up to 0.36% across our Buy to Let product range
The following products will be withdrawn COB Monday 20th November and no further applications will be permitted as of COB Wednesday 22nd November:
