Important Information – Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are launching new Base Rate Tracker products across our residential, Interest Only and Buy to Let ranges. The products will go live tomorrow, Tuesday 16th January.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Range of two year tracker products
- Fee-assisted options available for clients who need support with costs
- Available for residential, interest only and buy to let loans
- No early repayment charges providing flexibility for clients who think their needs may change in the short term
