Gen H launches new product switching journey for intermediary partners

The lender’s redesigned journey lets brokers product switch customers seamlessly in just a few clicks

LONDON, UK, 7 March 2024 – In its latest and perhaps most impactful update in recent months, Gen H has launched a redesigned product switching journey for its broker partners.

The new journey is a seamless, self-serve flow that allows brokers to product switch eligible clients instantly – and switch onto a lower rate, if one becomes available, in just a few clicks.

This change further centralises control of applications and mortgage management within the lender’s bespoke broker platform, Gen H Pro.

Early feedback from brokers who tested the new flow said it would “be great to have a system like this”, and that the new system will “do my job for me. . . very clever!”. This product is now rolled out to all brokers.

This comes on the back of a series of important launches for Gen H that prioritise the needs of intermediary partners. Earlier this year, the fintech lender launched a dedicated intermediaries website alongside a groundbreaking AI-packaging tool built with Google Cloud.

The lender also announced a selection of rate reductions earlier this week, further exemplifying its commitment to remaining agile in the market and taking every opportunity to make reductions in support of its partners and their clients.

Gen H officially launched to the intermediary market in the summer of 2021 and have since partnered with more than 16,000 brokers. The lender is currently working with Legal & General Club, Openwork, Paradigm, TMA, PMS, Brilliant Solutions, Primis and many more clubs and networks across the industry.
