No further applications will be permitted as of COB Thursday 25th April.
Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are refreshing Large Loan range. These products will go live on Monday 29th April.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Addition of 85% LTV Large Loan products
- Updated minimum and maximum loans per LTV structure
- 10% annual overpayments in addition to £499.99 regular monthly overpayment facility providing flexibility for those customers who are looking to overpay
