Longer-term Bridging Solution
- Loan Amount: £100k to £20m
- Maximum LTV: Up to 75%
- Term: 24 months (+ a possible 12-month extension)
- Pay Rates: From 3.55% + BBR (pa)
- Property Types: Residential, semi-commercial, commercial
