Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are refreshing products across our Standard Residential and Shared Ownership ranges. These products will go live on Tuesday 9th July.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Rate reductions of up to 0.40% across our 80% LTV Standard Residential range
- Fee assisted features on selected products to support those customers who require assistance with costs
- 10% annual overpayments in addition to £499.99 regular monthly overpayment facility providing flexibility for those customers who are looking to overpay
