WE’RE MAKING SOME CHANGES
We wanted to let you know that we’re making changes to the following Virgin Money products at 8pm on Monday 22 July:
Exclusive Purchase with £300 cashback
- 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee will be reduced by 0.03% to 4.52%.
- 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.03% to 4.62%.
Exclusive Remortgage with free valuations & legals
- 80% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee will be reduced by 0.10% to 5.29%.
- 80% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.15% to 5.69%.
- 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee will be reduced by 0.04% to 4.80%.
- 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.15% to 4.97%.
We’ll also be making the following changes:
Purchase
- Retrofit Boost 5 Year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.20%, with rates starting from 4.79%.
- Own New fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.30%, with rates starting from 0.84%.
- Selected Purchase Fix & Switch fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.10%, with rates starting from 5.29%.
- Purchase fixed rates with £995 fee will be reduced by up to 0.30%, with rates starting from 4.39%.
- Purchase fixed rate fee-savers will be reduced by up to 0.30%, with rates starting from 4.54%.
- Green Purchase fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.25% and cashback increased to £500, with rates starting from 4.39%.
- 85% LTV Shared Ownership fixed rates will be reduced by 0.10%, with rates starting from 4.49%.
- 75% LTV 2 & 5 Year £1m+ fixed rates with £1,995 fee will be reduced by up to 0.20%, with rates starting from 4.79%.
Remortgage
- Retrofit Boost 5 Year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.20%, with rates starting from 4.79%.
- Selected Remortgage Fix & Switch fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.15%, with rates starting from 4.99%.
- 75% LTV 2 & 5 Year £1m+ fixed rates with £1,995 fee will be reduced by up to 0.11%, with rates starting from 4.79%.
- Remortgage fixed rates with £995 fee will be reduced by up to 0.40%, with rates starting from 4.39%.
- Remortgage fixed rate fee-savers will be reduced by up to 0.45%, with rates starting from 4.59%.
BTL
- Selected BTL fixed rates with 3% fee will be reduced by up to 0.08%, with rates starting from 3.83%.
- Selected BTL fixed rates with 1% fee will be reduced by up to 0.10%, with rates starting from 4.52%.
Product Transfer
- Selected Residential Product Transfer fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.10%, with rates starting from 4.30%.
- Selected BTL Product Transfer fixed rates will be reduced by 0.05%, with rates starting from 4.49%.
