We’ve launched a new LTI for first time buyers!
We’ve responded to broker feedback and have introduced a limited-edition enhanced loan to income (LTI) aimed at providing your first-time buyer clients with an income boost.
First Time Buyer LTI Overview
- Lend up to 5.5x loan to income (LTI)*
- Available for FTBs only
- Available for standard five-year fixed rate products
- Applicants must have a minimum income of £30,000 (individually) or £50,000 (combined)
- Overtime and 2nd job income accepted
