New product launch
On 15th October at 9am, we’ll be repricing our new business residential range as well as extending end dates. Two residential retention rates will also be changing. This includes:
- Rate increases from 0.14% to 0.30% on residential new business products.
- Residential new business end date extensions.
- Rate increases of 0.10% on two residential retention products.
For the products being withdrawn tomorrow, if you have selected any of these products and submitted a DIP by 9am tomorrow (15/10/2024), you will have until 5pm on Thursday (17/10/2024) to convert and submit a full mortgage application.
