Product changes
We are reducing products again tonight at midnight! Here is a summary below –
- Reducing the rates of Non-portfolio Standard and Standard 5Y fixed 55% LTV, including AVM products by 10 bps (22 products)
- Reducing the rates of Standard 2Y fixed, including AVM products by 20 bps (14 products)
Brokers can change rates on in flight cases, there will be a charge once it is post offer which is £100.
