Family Building Society Announcement
We’ve made some changes to our mortgage product range with effect from today, 23 September 2020:
- All mortgage products have been withdrawn and replaced with the exception of our Retirement Lifestyle Booster and Buy to Let Expat products.
- Interest rates for our Buy to Let products remain unchanged.
- We’re extending our free / discounted valuations to all Buy to Let remortgage applications (excluding Expat products). Valuations are free for properties up to £500,000 and for properties above £500,000 the standard Valuation Fee scale applies less a discount of £330.
- We continue to offer £250 cashback on completion of Owner Occupier applications but this now applies to remortgage applications only. We also offer £250 cashback for Family Mortgage applications, £250 cashback for Offset remortgage applications and £100 cashback for Offset purchase applications.
- Completion deadline for new fixed rate products has been extended to 01/04/2021.
