Amid rising market uncertainty, there’s one mainstay in the UK property investor’s arsenal of tools: short-term finance.
We surveyed 320 high-net-worth property investors and found that 75% intend to continue using bridging or development finance as a strategic tool in the year ahead.
Among these investors:
- 67% have made use of either Bridging or Development finance in the past two years
- 10% increased their investment activity
- 33% considered speed to be the most important factor in bridging loans
